Dedicated to publicly exposing bad attorneys,
prosecutors, and judges.

Seeking reform accountability and
transparency.

Frankly, I have had more than enough of judicial opinions that bear no relationship whatsoever to the cases that have been filed and argued before the judges. I am talking about judicial opinions that falsify the facts of cases that have been argued, judicial opinions that make disingenuous use or omission of material authorities, judicial opinions that cover up these things with no-publication and no-citation rules.

Professor Monroe Freedman

Speech to the Seventh Annual Judicial Conference of the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, 128 F.R.D. 409, 439 (1989).

"YOU DON'T KNOW THE HALF OF IT!"

This is an excerpt from a speech Professor Freedman gave at a Judicial Conference of the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. During the luncheon that followed, a judge sitting next to him said: “You don’t know the half of it.”

These corrupt practices are racially motivated and widespread in criminal case where the defendant is a person of color and indigent. It is also prevalent in civil and civil rights litigation filed by indigent prisoners who are also mostly persons of color.

“You don’t know the half of it.”
Professor Anthony D’Amato, Correspondence: Self-Regulation of Judicial Misconduct Could Be Mis-Regulation, 89 Mich. L. Rev. 609, 620 (1990).

It is our goal to create a national dialogue about judicial corruption, and a grass roots movement, through an on line petition, to enact state and federal universal court standards. These common sense standards include a mandatory removal provision. There must be zero tolerance for judicial corruption.

It is, also our goal to create a national dialogue about the woeful and underfunded services provided to indigent criminal defendants, and civil litigants; and a grass roots movement, through online petitions, to establish standards that will ensure the promise of equal justice under law.

In pursuit of these goals, we will create a state by state database of bad attorneys, prosecutors, and judges. Each individual’s name will be listed, the number of complaints received, and a link to the complaint you provide us with.

Universal court standards refer to a set of guidelines and principles that aim to ensure fair, impartial, and efficient administration of justice in courts and tribunals worldwide. These standards encompass various aspects of the court process, including access to justice, independence and impartiality of judges, the right to a fair trial, the use of evidence, and the treatment of victims and witnesses. The goal of universal court standards is to promote the rule of law, protect human rights, and ensure that justice is administered consistently and effectively across different legal systems and jurisdictions.
