Mr. Dustin R. Dow formally of the Law Offices of Bull and Reinhardt, now off on his own. He was my appointed lawyer for over 30 months while telling not only myself but the N.C. State Bar that he was working to get my the Psychiatric Medications Buncombe County Detention Facility denied me after my return from the State Mental Hospital for Competency Restoration Training and Medication Management. Mr. Dow is a private court appointed attorney so the longer you stay under his thumb, the longer he gets paid. He has lied and now the new attorney (one of his old ex-A.D.A. buddies) is doing the exact same thing, a Mr. Michael Macht. I have been asking to go to trial for 40 months and now I am back at the State Mental Hospital again for Competency Restoration Training. I will write a much more detailed and culpable excoriation later. Buncombe County is as corrupt as they come. All of the Private Pro Bono Attorney’s are ex-A.D.A.’s. Mr. Dow was an A.D.A. for Henderson County and Mr. Macht for Haywood County here in N.C.
