.hello,my name is Michael McClintock, doc #1433406..I am currently wrongfully convicted in Virginia’s prison industry. I was received a court appointed attorney for a first degree murder charge.so I’ll be brief since its a lot of constitutional violations in my case…I was attacked first with an axe handle and hit twice and on the third attempt I got it away and hit him three times and stopped when he fell down and stopped coming at me..I was only 18 years old with an extensive mental health history and my attorney had these records and refused to even have me evaluated or present it as a defense after I asked him to.so I went to a set one day jury trial,jury selection to a 32 year sentence..the judge on record stated this trial will not go over another day and even sent the jury home for a brake.now after the fact it came to light that a juror was on face book during the trial!!and at a mistrial hearing not only did she admit to posting negative comments about not wanting to be there at all,she disclosed that she could not hear the vor dire questions she fails to answer about her knowing and hearing all about the case before being called and worked for the medical examiner.she also said another juror could not hear either and they were talking together trying to figure out what was being said..but they never let anyone know they couldn’t hear…the judge knowing all of this refused to grant the mistrial..and later on after I hit DOC we find out that the guy I accidentally killed,his mother was a police officer in that same small county for an extended time..so that’s the main issues in my case and there’s many many more clear constitutional violations in my case.that thus far I can’t get anyone to even look at..so thank u for ur time in reading even this brief summery of my story….
