I am writing this on behalf of my Mother in Law. Some of her rights were violated during her trial many years ago. I have attached a piece of her Writ of Certiorari regarding her defense attorney. During the case, they implied she pre meditated murder, when it was not. She wants someone, anyone to review her case as it was presented unfairly, and her defense let so many things slip by.
