APA Deyana Unis of Wayne County, Michigan prosecuted me after her investigator Patricia Penman paid $4,000 to a “Victim” of a sexual assault in 2018 to falsely testify in the case of People of MI vs Derrick Lee Smith case #19-000756-01-FC. The “Victim” admits to being paid in the case of Derrick Lee Cardello-Smith vs Carli Carpenter, case #23-001466-CK in Macomb County Circuit Court. She is a terrible, unethical Prosecutor and is now an AUSA in Toledo, Ohio. More to follow…
