Lacey Holloman covered up and enabled the very sick, twisted behavior of police officers, primarily Cody Allen (now a TX Ranger) who sexualized 13 year old girls and targeted men on an adult sex website to force this on those men, to then pretend like it was those men instead of Cody Allen who were having these kinds of thoughts about 13 year old virgin girls. The bottom line is that the behavior of these two is incredibly disturbing. There is no excuse for any of it.
